DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items are made to order, processed, and shipped out within 5-10 business days. Some orders are shipped and delivered on weekends.  Quality is our top priority, therefore, all orders are carefully handcrafted as soon as an order has been placed.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

You will receive a shipment confirmation email/text once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24hrs.  Once the item has been scanned as shipped or delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Please ensure your mailing address is correct before placing your order.

RETURNS

All orders are made to order, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  All sales are final with the exception of issues with quality. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision immediately within 24 hours of your initial order.  To ensure immediate cancellation we recommend you contact us via email or submit a request here. Full refunds are given if the order has not been initiated (fabric has been cut to measurements).
